Description

As a Certified Trainer, you will work under the assigned Area Manager and in partnership with local management and the Sales and Development Team to provide assistance in all aspects of the training and continued development of our Rental Sales Agents.

What you'll do:

• Train and develop our Rental Sales Agents, Customer Experience Representatives, and Dual Role Agents
• Prepare new hire paperwork and plan training schedule
• Mentor through software and counter training
• Mentor, schedule, and support counter shifts following sales training, if applicable
• Complete new hire claims, identify verification and green screen training when requested
• Provide positive, constructive feedback and motivation to new employees to develop employees to their maximum potential
• Evaluate employee’s abilities, strengths, and opportunities in order to appropriately develop; communicate this weekly to key management through training summaries
• Maintain a high and consistent level of communication with Management and the Sales and Development Department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
